Top Line Nails

This was my first time at Top Line and I love it💕 Ms. Nancy is so sweet and she did an awesome job on my full set and pedicure. I will be coming back!!!

My friend came in and asked for a full set and pedicure, the technician (donna) was going to do it in an unclean bowl (we know because there was a customer sitting there when we got in) she asked them to clean out the bowl, the technician proceeded to wash the bowl and finish my pedicure, at the end she mentioned again that she wanted the pedicure again and one of the other technicians became very rude (this was after they had taken and serviced two other clients that came in AFTER us) and said there was no time for a pedicure because they were closing, mind you the sign on the door says 7 pm and we had been sitting there since about 2pm and it was only about 4:20 when she suddenly announced they were closing early. My first impression wasn’t too good because of the wait and vocal customer service but the work is very good the lady that did my nails took time to do my cuticles as well as a very neat job I was very satisfied with my nails ! I would just suggest better order in the establishment as well as working on customer service

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I will never come back again.... I paid for something and they half finished the job ....the owner Nancy is a rude person and her sister in law Donna that can't design nothing please don't waste your money ..Donna is only good for doing your feet and Nancy used to be good but I guess she getting old.....Peter is the only person in the whole shop that can do nails worth anythinganything .....People wake up when they start treating you like that you do not have to patronize them.... .Stay woke

On today 9/4/2018 around 240pm Nancy the owner told a customer that they were to OVERWEIGHT to sit in her already broken chairs for pedicures, which is a safety hazard. Nancy also accused OVERWEIGHT customers for wearing and tearing her pedicure chairs. There was no policy stating this situation about being overweight no where in the salon....not only was it very unprofessional of Nancy but it’s was also very rude and disrespectful because she said it in front of me and other customers...Nancy has always been rude, mean and hateful to oversized customers and just rude to customers period....We will be filing a complaint with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU of Louisiana about this discriminating act and The Louisiana Board of Heath about the broken Equipment which can hurt any customer.
