Do not come here, based on sanitary alone. Definitely don’t go here if you have standards or expectations. Read for further details. The lady that did my nails was a sweetie, Kim, we used a lot of hand gestures and translation tools. Customer service: It was the guy that appeared to be the only employee that spoke English. He was rude. Obviously there is a language barrier why are you upset about costumers asking for your assistance, when in need of translation? We want to make sure we are getting what we are paying for. Environment: You can tell that the chairs are old as they are taped together and deteriorating. Smelly bathroom, I refused to use it again. Went there earlier today to get my nails done and the only lady in the shop had a bad attitude I asked her to fix a few of my nails. She incorrectly shaped my nails and some of them were crooked. She disregarded what I wanted. Her filing and nail drill technique was terrible. Having to tell her multiple times to stop going over my cuticles with the drill because it was painful. Had to go to another nail shop to fix her horrible work. 0/5 stars!

Not only did I wait 30 minutes but the lashes were coming off before I got home they were closed by the time I got home. Not to mention by this morning they were both lifted. Will never go there again. Please read reviews before visiting these places.

I was pleased with my visit to Top Nails 71. Jimmy helped me, he was extremely professional and took his time with my nails. Will definitely be returning.

I love this shop. Jimmy is the best. He has been doing for my nails for forever. He does the best work. He really take his time. I middle nails was always breaking so he cut it down like I asked. No problem. He the best I know…… He currently looking for a nail Tech. If interested please call number. Must have experience.
