Top Nails

I am extremely disappointed with the Gel-X fill I received this past Saturday. The application is entirely too thick, making my nails look bulky and poorly done (as the attached photos show), but I also feel the tech may not have given a true Gel-X fill based on how the service was done and my conversations with friends who regularly get this type of nail. I feel the tech lacked the skill or knowledge of Gel-X. The overall look is heavy and unprofessional. It's a shame to pay for a service and be left with such a heavy, unsatisfactory result. I will not be returning.

I have been coming to Top Nails for 25 years. Absolutely love the nail technicians. They are experienced and treat me like family. My nails are always gorgeous. I highly recommend Top Nails.

Henry does my nails at top nails. He is efficient, professional and does a great job every time! He's a very pleasant and affable person, as is the whole entire staff! Very nice people. They will treat you right! We love them!

What a joke! They charged me $20 for little girl with only 8 nails! Because she sucks her thumb I said no thumb ! She still painted her thumbs with clear coat after I told her not to! When the workers 11 year old little girl reminded her she shut her up real quick! Pretty sad the 11 year old was smarter! (5 years old) for gel nails okay fine I paid $30 because I ALWAYS tip! I get home the pinky nail falls off! I’m adding the image I showed them that SHE picked! Which her nails are not small they are actually quite long but I knew they wouldn’t be “perfect” however they should’ve lasted a lot longer than 3 hours! She didn’t even make it to school! She didn’t even make it to the next day! It just FELL OFF! Okay fine one fell off she gets home from school and sure enough 3 more gone just fall

Beautiful! They did exactly what I wanted and with care and team work! The woman that did my nails took so much time and care to make sure they were right and that they were perfect. My thumb was out of the setting light but she saw it and redid my thumb nail to make sure it was perfect. She had another technician do the gold and it was absolutely perfect! The price was great too!
