Never can get brow service after over 20 yrs and driving from other cities to come here. The "brow" person JUST LEFT the last two trips. Im finding a new place for this service. They dont value longevity and guests. The main reason I used them was convenient to my family but I won't be returning . Bad Experience

I asked for a new set of solar nails because the ones I have are a month and a half old, cracked and you can see sunlight through the tips. I asked for them short because I work in a factory, three different times, but what I wanted was inconvenient for my lady. My white tips are burnt yellow from excessive grinding instead of clipping them off or soaking them and doing a fresh set, I was grinded thin and given a fill and my broken nail redone (middle) horribly. This will most likely get deleted, but you really should give your customers what they ask for. I usually tip $20-$80. Today I tipped $5 for a 25 job that's only 15 if I had asked for a fill. Go to Left Bank Nail and Spa. They have a 4.7, they will give you the durable, time consuming job you ask for and you won't have glitter in

I requested the dipping powder SNS mail service but received an acrylic service despite telling her I grow my nails and don’t want acrylic on them. Communication was really bad, got wounds during filing, pedicure colors were not respected and the lady didn’t seem to know anything about nails or what she was doing. I regret ever going there, I regret the money I spent and my time and will never use their services again! This was just my experience. Very ugly and bad mail service. I would give no star if I had the option. See how ugly they are and how badly done. Taking the nails out today. And thanks lady for destroying my nails

The experience here was greatttt, the lady’s are so sweet. I had got a pedicure for my lil sis, mom & me & she did great the foot massages & all made me almost fall asleep. Most definitely recommend coming here 10/10 😊❣️ & ntm on our toes😂

Came from Newyork to visit here in Texas for a family reunion. I already had my nails done with powder acrylic but my pinky nail broke on the trip. Went to the salon as a walk-in with 3 of my cousins and my sister. They serviced all of us, including my 3 1/2 year old cousin. Extremely polite, my first few options for nails wasn’t able to be done but we found a set we could agree would work an got to it. The 2 females who serviced me were very understanding an communicative, especially with the feed back I gave. I love the turn out an would absolutely go back next time comin to Texas.
