Top Nails

I had a dipped manicure done here the day before Thanksgiving. Within an hour, one of the nails started peeling. I went back and had it redone just to have the same thing happened to the entire manicure over the next few days I went in today to have it removed and the technician didn’t even apologize. She just repeatedly told me that my nails were too thin and that I should’ve gotten acrylic. Meanwhile, she’s the one who had filed my nails so thin for the manicure. I have never had this problem with dip before typically it lasts several weeks. I had hoped they would at least offer a refund and an apology, but I got neither. I wouldn’t waste my money. I will not be back.

Ti is the best!! I tried another salon in the area but was not that pleased. I am very particular about the filing and shaping of my nails so it was everything when she was everything. On top of that the salon itself is gorgeous decked out in stylish bling everywhere!! I was lost but now I’m found!!! Top Nails, Top shelf customer service too!! Love them!

This is my first time at top nails and TY was my technician. She was very pleasant and extremely skilled. She took the time to make sure the job was done perfectly. I will be back!

Great salon for a relaxed, long conversation feeling. You get done when you are done. Don't expect a rush job. The technician will get to you. Be patient and enjoy! More salons need to be a social space like this! The experience is refreshing. A stark contrast to the time and tasked orientated salons where you go in, be quiet, and leave. My daughter and I loved it! It was a true walk-in experience! Thank you, Ezra, Debbie, and Ezra's mom, for an awesome experience. You rock!
