Top Nails Spa Hagerstown

I went to get a mani/pedi for my best friend’s wedding. Customer service was great! Very clean and organized. I got my pedi done first, I did the Spa Pedicure with gel polish it was wonderful. After I waited for a little bit, since all nail techs had customers (which was no problem at all!) I was able to get my full set done (with gel polish) My only complaints about my full set is some of the nails are crooked on both hands, my left middle finger and ringer finger cuticles were cut by the electric file and the acrylic was not file down underneath of those two nails. Besides the negatives the nail tech was wonderful and nice! (Pictures posted with reference picture.)

I am fairly new to this community and coming from deep in Texas finding your hair and nail tribe is so important. Sonny has taken good care to make sure his services are impeccable. I’ve had nothing but wonderful results and services in this place. Everyone is so friendly and kind. The place is beautiful and clean. The music is fun and the clientele is always so nice. I’m incredibly lucky and happy to have found Top Nails.

Absolutely love the nails I got from Kai!! I’m a very picky person and he made sure all of my concerns were taken care of everyone at the salon was so nice and it was a very calm place to go and enjoy the time u get being pampered!! 10/10 will b goin back for sure!

I got my nails done February 13th 2026. As you can see my nails are already chipping, paint wise. The tips are lumpy. Some of my hearts look like blobs. I asked her to paint the front tip of the nails, and she only did some of them. The tips of my nails are bumpy, and she filed my real nail really badly so once my nails grow out, I’ll have to cut my nail all the way down because she left like an edge to where my real nail and acrylic start and meet on the sides as you can see in some of the pictures, some of my nails you can see the acrylic doesn’t even cover my whole nail and I have two nails that are starting to lift in the back and have air bubbles underneath already. It’s really disheartening. This is my first time here and it was $85 and that’s not even including the $20 tip in cash.

Will def be back! Nails look great. Walked right in and in a chair! Very professional!!❤️ They did it again!! Amy, did a great job on my nails and eyebrows!!❤️ Love her!
