Top Nails & Spa

First and last time I visit them. I arrived half an hour before closing. They let me in, immediately removed the gel I had on, and started applying product. I asked, "Aren’t you going to clean the cuticle or anything?" She replied that it would be done after applying the color. I also asked for my nails to be trimmed short, and she said she'd do it later — but she didn’t, apparently forgot. When the nails were supposedly “done,” I reminded her, she trimmed them, and they looked even worse. On top of that, the polish was incomplete, the filing was rough and uneven, the cuticles weren’t cleaned properly — overall, they just don’t look good. I didn’t ask about the price when I arrived, but honestly, I would’ve rather paid more for better service.

I came here after another nail salon in town jacked up my nails. The nail tech was so sweet to me. She redid my nails and did an amazing job! Also, they did not charge me a kidney, so that was very kind of them. Whenever I visit town again, I’ll make sure to come here!!

We love their services and the ambience of their shop nice and calm and prices are cheap..can't complain 😀 😄 😊 Thank you ❤️💅🏽💅🏽

I'm from North Carolina always had bad acrylic nails until I went to top nails &spa and I told them what I wanted and they did it!!! I was so happy!!! Definitely will come back!!!!!!!
