I went to get my nails and eyebrows done on Tuesday (12/9) and today is Saturday (12/13). The pictures attached are my nails today. Peeled and messy. They close at 8pm and we came in at 6 pm. When we came in they had an attitude and seemed completely inconvenienced. It was obvious they were trying to leave early. She rushed through my nails and they were so poorly done. When I got my eyebrows done, the wax was so hot that she ended up burning me. The last straw was when I was waiting for my mom to be finished; her nail tech told me “I have a weight loss program I’m doing and you could use it.” She said I could stand to lose 50-70lbs. She went on and on and on about this program that she was doing. Completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I’ve been going there on and off for years, but

I love this place. I called and was able to get in at the last minute and they made my toes look so beautiful. I got pink and white. Vee was my nail tech and it was very affordable and fast

Just love going there every time I go they always do a great job on my nails. They are always ready and prepared to go when you first walk in just love going there!! Prices are reasonable!! She took her time doing my cat eyes on my nails, so adorable and she was so nice!

Been going here for many many years. Super clean, very friendly, but most of all, fabulous service. I moved away and tried 2/3 other places. Horrible experiences. Now i drive the 45 minutes for the most beautiful and lasting nails. I have been seeing Linda for years, and she is extraordinary and super meticulous but everyone that i have seen there is great.

I went and got my nails done yesterday and this is what it looks like today. I’m highly disappointed. She rushed my nails while I was getting a pedicure. I tipped because that’s the generous thing to do but after examining my nails today, I would not have tipped and will ask my bank to stop it.
