Top Nails

I came here twice in less than two weeks. The first time to get my nails done for my birthday, loved them! Came back the next week for a color change and to shorten my nails for work. Full set by the man, good! Got my toes done, and my toe started bleeding from the “hang nail”, mind you the pedicure was pretty much done at this point so I’m not sure what happened here. When I went to get my toes painted, I realized the acrylic from my nails was also on my skin so I asked the lady at the manicure station to remove the excess thinking she’d just use some clippers and what do you know… she files it down and my finger starts bleeding!!! My toe and finger both hurt. I won’t not go back from the second experience, because my first one was good. But just beware, they can be a little rough.

This is the second time I have got a less than decent set of nails. Last time, the nails were not completely filled with the acrylic. This time the nails were drilled to far underneath the bottom exposing the acrylic and whenever I attempted to explain and point it out to the tech, he became irate, yelling at me and acting like I was lying. He also rushed both times and did not take his time thus the sloppy work and I was the only person in the salon. Save your money and time.

Female owner was very rude because of the fact i wanted gel polish on my toe nails. She refused to arch my eyebrows and the mail worker kept constantly messing up my overlay fill ins. The work never lasts.

Try to show up at mid afternoon or 11am and usually seated within 10 minutes or quicker. I chose the gold pedicure. I am on my feet at work, and it is so relaxing to be pampered in their vibrating chairs. It's all about you, and this salon is an oasis in SumterSC ♡

First and last time going here. I went in to get a new full set of dip nails. The older gentleman started burning my nails with the dremel taking my old set off. Then began filling in my old set instead of actually removing it. I repeated myself 3-4 times asking for the new color and for him to shorten my existing set. He ignored my request and then when he did grab the correct color it was acrylic and not dip. When I politely corrected him he began twisting and flinging my hands and fingers and became much more aggressive. Burning my nails even more. I suffered through. Biting my tongue the rest of the time as to avoid a scene. After only 4 days of having my nails done one broke in half causing much pain. Then 3 days later another one completely popped off.
