-Customer Service :10/10 -Cleanest : 10/10 -Organization : 10/10. Easy to find anything and everything! Unfortunately most beauty supply stores I go to, the workers aren’t as friendly or helpful even if you come in quiet lol. This supply store has helpful and nice workers! It feels warming when you first walk in as well. :)

I called ahead of time to ensure the products I needed were there and the employee confirmed and also went above and beyond to have all my items in a bag, waiting for me to pick up. She was super kind and great customer service. I will be back!

Update: Thanks for the rapid response!! They were held onto Please run your camera back! Walking in they were holding my hands! They sat on a box in the middle of the floor to keep from constantly being talked to!! I couldn’t put on a wig cap with kids in my arms! And her concern wasn’t for my children if so it would of been more sincere than what it was. Either way it goes the experience was horrid! Talk about southern hospitality!! Horrible Experience! If I could give it no stars I would!! Visiting from out of state I figured I’d grab a few items I’d forgotten. I walked in and the sales associate told me they didn’t carry the brand I was looking for but I was more than welcome to look around. I proceeded to do so. Accompanying me was my mother in law and my two toddler children (2,1). F
