Went today to get a Gel X set French manicure and the older lady that works next to the counter does such a terrible job after asking her to correct that she just kept messing up so I gave up I paid $80 for this. I don’t think this older lady should be working there 80 dollars in the trash

acrylic nails done terribly, the shape is bad, the polish was applied carelessly and process was a bit painful on my nail. you can see the acrylic doesn’t even fully cover my nail and the shape look like teeth’s. customer service by my technician was also lousy and dismissive. paid $69 total after tip and tax (not worth it) i’ve gone here before and it was okay but im never coming back.

Love the service that Top Style gives. You show them an inspo photo and deliver time and again. Susan’s work has always been clean and meticulous. It has been a good while since my daughter and I got our nails done here, but when I came in, Susan recognized me immediately along with my nail preferences. I’m sure hundreds of customers have been through their doors, so it was pleasantly surprising that she remembered such details. Would definitely recommend Top Style.

I had a very great experience at this salon. I’m very picky with who I let bleach my hair. I went there a month ago, first for a cut to see if I liked the people and their service. I was very satisfied with the detailed put into the cut I wanted and the great straight with blow dryer. Thought I was still not sure if I wanted to dye my hair with them. I had a grown ginger hair, as you can see in the pictures, and I wanted to go to a brown base to beige blond highlights with money piece. So I went around 5:30pm on 10/17/23 to consult with Kenny to make sure he understood what I wanted and to ask if it could be done. Very rude lady from this place was blocking a legal city meter parking spot and did not want to move her tiny table for me when I asked her so I could park she then asked if I was getting my nails done I said no and just because I wasn’t getting my nails done there she refused to move it. So unprofessional and obviously desperate for customers. Next time I see this happen I will report this establishment to the city.
