Top Ten Nails

Vivian nailed it again with my natural and short request! She always does my nails when she is available and I’m always so impressed with how talented she is. Looking forward to my next visit as she has mixed a certain color that she knows I’ll like.

I came back to edit my review because my shellac polish chipped off completely after 2 days, 6 out of 10 nails are completely chipped off. The material used is likely bad/poor quality. I called them back and they asked me to come back in to fix it. I went in and was giving the run around by the two employees and treated very poorly, I walked out and will not return. I enjoyed my mani & Pedi at top ten. The ladies were very nice and friendly, they made the experience enjoyable. I will be back for my regular biweekly mani/pedi here.

I love the design and shape the ladies at top ten can provide for my nails. Vivian is a pro at ombre which I am currently obsessed with. I have never once been cut on my hands or toes by any of the employees. I love their selection of dip powders. I do have to make an appointment with Vivian specifically if you want ombre. She works often and is flexible so it has not been an issue for me. This is my forever salon, thank you Top Ten!!!

The ladies at Top Ten are wonderful. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. They used all the same clippers and files on me as the did the woman before. Idk if that's totally gross, I've just never seen that. Like, they didn't even wipe the table before starting on me. The photos I added were taken 5 days after my appointment. The gel polish is chipped to hell and I and really unhappy about the general inconsistency on my nail shape. When viewed fr the top they look great, but any other angle they are just wonky. They made the acrylic really thin which looks cool and surprisingly natural. However, I can tell that as my nails grow out there is a huge ridge along my cuticle line.

Lady was nice, but my nails are very lopsided and look like teeth. they dont look like the inspiration photo.
