Great service, and the only shop that had the hair color that I needed.

I enjoyed the shopping experience at this establishment. Not one time did one of the associates follow my mother and I around as we shopped. As you can tell from my post, I'm not accustomed to this type of treatment and when I am treated with respect as other paying customers have to share the experience. I discovered some products my other beauty supply store didn't have and was happy to shop and search for things I didn't see in other places. The prices were reasonable and the associate with whom I inquired about a product was helpful and went on about her duties. It makes a difference to be able to shop without prejudice in any establishment but especially with Asian merchants. I had given up on supporting the Asian community even with my mother but she insisted we visit and I'm glad I

I came in looking for beard supplies. I gave my bag to the cashier since they had a sign outside that stated they do bag checks. Despite that, I was still followed around the store. I was the only customer in there. No one wants to feel like this when patronizing a local business. This was my first visit in a year. This will be my last. Disappointing.

I just left this beauty supply store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in with hello and Happy New Year. I've been coming here 4 years never posted anything until now. Reading other posts in regards to be followed that's a shame. I hope I never experience that coming here maybe because I'm a regular regardless it should've never happened. We are providing business as a community. The prices are so good I have to admit.

2 stars only because the prices are good and even though the staff was friendly I do not appreciate getting followed throughout the whole store especially when I am spending over $100. My mother spent over $60. We had a good day and were bored and went here to have a woman of color, at that, follow us the entire time. Support your people don't treat us like we are there to steal. That's why it's hard to give back the support. When it was time to pay I didn't get a choice of credit or debit she put debit, again I am not on a beauty supply salary I'm on my own and I don't like getting treated like that if I'm spending my hard earned money. Other than that the prices were good and this is directed more so to the staff than other shoppers. Don't let my experience turn you down from shopping th
