The tech I had was Emily. At first there was a small bit of misunderstanding, but Helena (I think her name was) and the customer next to me helped us both figure out what I was asking for. I did come with inspiration images, so we weren't going in blind lol. I'll put them in the picture part. While they aren't an exact match, I think they look pretty close, so deserving of 4 Stars, but not quite 5. Emily also understood my hesitation about the drill due to past extremely bad situations. There are slight imperfections such as: gaps, small bubbles from improper curing, the nails themselves are also leaning too far in one direction (so they are not straight). She didn't fill in the bottom of the nail to give it a uniform look. There is no product on the actual sides, she kept wiping it off,

Total has a large selection of hair for braiding, weaving, and crochet. I had been unable to find 4C crochet hair at other retailers, but found a huge stock here. The sales staff are attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. As other reviewers have mentioned they do have a rigid exchange/return policy so be sure about your purchase before checking out. And check out the wigs downstairs, as there are always really good sales.

This store is malicious toward customers. It has a poor and malicious return policy. Be careful there!

The lady in the store was very helpful. The store is one of the first open by 125th street. This helps with early hair appointments.
