Totally Tan & Spa - St. Anthony

While I like the facility and the staff, the corporate side has no customer service and are all about ripping the customers off. I had to leave town for an emergency and will be gone for a month. They will not allow me to downgrade my membership over the he phone! It's a ridiculous policy. They won't work with you. Just take your money.

I hate to only give 1 star, because up until recently I loved coming here, all the girls were soooo sweet and the Manager was also wonderful. It was a little over six months ago when I purchased my tanning package. Within the last month or 2 there has been a new Manager named Macayla who should most definitely NOT be dealing with the public! And I am not the only patron that dreads seeing her at the front counter. Not to mention it has caused all the other people to quit or switch locations. I don't believe a Manager that is customer service should make threats of no service simply because I was asking why all the sudden I had to show her my ID everytime. This store needs to bring the old Manager and all her employees back. I feel so sorry for the girl who works with Macayla, she is super

I recently purchased a membership at the St. Anthony location. The gal at the counter didn’t show or provide any paperwork providing the terms of the membership which I found out later was quite lengthy and specific. The terms in the store were presented simple and brief. The gal explained that I would be charged a monthly price plus taxes and that if I wanted to cancel, it would be before the 20th of the month. She told me the amount per month (she broke down the membership and taxes) and asked if I acknowledged these terms. If so, then I was to sign on the pin pad. So, I did. Seemed quick and easy. She also explained there was no fee for signing up which is also advertised on the company’s website. Two days later, I received an email from Totally Tan stating I would be charged an additio
