Totally Tan & Spa - Woodbury

I can’t say enough great things about Totally Tan & Spa in Woodbury. Stephanie, the Regional Manager, is absolutely incredible. She took the time to explain which lotions would work best for my skin AND which beds would give me the best results. She is so knowledgeable and truly cares about helping you get the most out of your experience. Her team is always friendly, accommodating, and super sweet. Every visit feels welcoming and professional. Highly recommend!

The team members here are the absolute best!! I cant believe everything you get for only $119.95 a Month! I can do unlimited Cryo and Medical grade therapy, Its crazy cuz at other places i would spend at least $350 a month for that!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. Totally Tan & Spa is a total scam. When they advertise $89/month, don’t believe it — after all the hidden fees and “extra charges” they tack on each month, the bill ends up closer to $150. I was told some of these would be one-time fees, but they continue to appear monthly. On top of that, their lotions are outrageously overpriced. Every single one I looked at afterward was 80% cheaper on Amazon. For example, I paid over $100 for a lotion that sells online for about $25. When I tried to bring up these concerns, the staff was dismissive and downright rude. I’ve never had such a frustrating experience with a business. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want fair pricing and respectful customer service.

Jacquelyn in Woodbury is so sweet and down to earth. very personable! :) She is always so great to see when I go in to go tanning very knowledgeable about all the different tanning services always has patience. she is the BEST and makes the whole tanning experience!

I’ve been a member at this store for a few years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always so accommodating and friendly, especially Megan, Cortney & Jackie ❤️. Keep up the amazing work!!
