Ellie, the young lady working the desk, was so friendly and helpful! I am from Newport Beach, CA, and here on business, she made me feel extremely welcome! She was very knowledgeable about the products, and her service was a 10/10!! I would recommend "Totally Tan" to anyone!! Thank you, Ellie!!

I've been going here about a year now & wanted to review it. Love the place - nice tanning booths, product available. My only gripe is that when I arrive, there is never a person at the front desk, usually I chalk this up to the person cleaning a booth. Lately, its been pretty bad, I come around 5-6 pm, 5-10 minutes isn't a gripe once or twice but its every day I come in, there's no one at the desk. When the staff are there, they're very pleasant to work with, but getting ahold of someone or even calling, I've called to check how busy the booths are & can never get someone to pick up, usually the voicemail after the third or fourth ring. again, love the business, and I'm probably making mountains out of mole hills, but every time/ every other time where there's no one at the desk to g

Best tanning salon in the Tulsa area! And they have a Broken Arrow location. Always spotlessly clean and tidy with the friendliest, most accommodating staff around! Their beds keep you tanner longer and the bulbs are always fresh, unlike some of their competition. I highly recommend Totally Tan!

I've been going to this location off and on since 2001. The staff is alway professional, friendly and trained. The beds and rooms are always spotless and extremely well maintained. You can count on your bed to be ready with little to no wait time. One of the best tanning salons along with state of the art tanning beds you will find in Tulsa. Great job !!!

I had a stressful experience involving purchasing a new package at Totally Tan, after being a tanner for 2 years there. I wasn't in my right mind after a full shift at work and so I made mistakes. I have to give props to Bella at Totally Tan in Tulsa for listening and understanding my situation. She abruptly called two managers and got my situation figured out, custom to my problem. Seriously over and beyond. Thank you!!
