Very nice they wait on you giving and taking care of your needs of the store

My go to beauty supply store because they are always well stocked and have the largest selection of items out of all the other stores in my town. They have a loyalty program that always saves me a buck or two. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. No long wait or lines, efficient checkout process. Most items are clearly and correctly priced, so you know exactly how much everything costs.

Friendly service with an eclectic array of hairstyling products and tools. The prices were comparable, and in some cases lower, than that of major beauty supply chains. The music was bumpin, too! Had to air the owner about the best station(s) to listen to, since we were visiting from out of area. She really hooked me up!😉

Pretty well stocked however customer service left a lot to ve desired. Owner was rude and some what condescending when I ask for help finding an item. Definitely would not go here again

Second time in store, went in with my hubby shopping for wigs. I actually enjoyed shopping there, they didn't treat me like I was going to shoplift (big plus). I work hard and want to spend my money where people treat me well. They offered me a member card and the older gentleman at the check out was very nice. I will shop there again. Thank you!
