EVEN ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH Genuinely the WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Not only did the man not listen to any of my requests to reshape/reposition my nails, he glued my finger to his, and proceeded to rip it off my skin. He also pulled off the tips of my nails, cut deep into my cuticle, and filed my nail down to the skin! The man sloppily painted my nails and when he cured the polish on my skin, he took a RAZOR BLADE and scraped off my skin! On top of all the poor service and ignored requests, him and his wife refused to lower the price of my nails. Continuing, I politely had stated that these nails were not to the standard that was expected for $52, and was offered $2 dollars off, while complaining that I was being difficult. I went here on Sunday around 10:30. I didn’t have an appointment and they took me right in. The lady that did my nails was very professional and very detail oriented. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I got a fill in and she did such a wonderful job I can’t say enough great things about her. She took her time and made sure I was happy with the results! I highly recommend this place!
