I'm a big supporter of small and minority businesses and was very excited to make an appointment. Unfortunately, that's where my good feelings ended. I had to reach out to confirm my appointment - fine. However, when I reached out the day of to confirm the address and make sure I didn't need to bring anything, I was told my appointment wasn't on the calendar and it was canceled. No trying to fit me in later that day or over the weekend - nothing. When I complained as I have an event next week, I was told I could use another technician. However, I was NEVER contacted. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not waste your time or money.

I loved TraciLacei's hair and the concierge service! It was so nice to not have to go anywhere and Traci was very quick about getting it done so well. Can't wait to see her again!
