Tracy Nails

My daughter and I went to Tracey’s Nails and had such a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. They took their time and did an amazing job on both of our nails — everything came out beautiful and exactly how we wanted. We’ll definitely be coming back again.

A cut began to bleed on my toe that was caused by the nail tech. The tech attempted to hide that I was bleeding and continued to buffer. I was eventually aided. However, this is a serious health concern about contamination of human bodily fluids and exposure. I was also overcharged $20. I picked a $30, no wound, classic pedicure, and Amanda said $70 for a custom fill in set. Receipt was $120 before tip. I did not make a fuss about anything. Nails are nice and I was a returning customer, but the concerns are risky and too hazardous for me to go back.

Thee best, and my GO TO nail spot! Service and Customer Service is outstanding! The ladies are very talented, skilled, and always friendly! They also always do great job with my nail inspo and art! Sophia did my nails designs today and they were amazing. 10/10! And my other nail tech always knows how to give a relaxing pedicure!

I typically go to another salon, but I was pressed for time so I visited Tracy Nail. I asked for gel on my natural nail with solid color. It took like 5 minutes for them to understand what I wanted. It looked nice after they did it, but it started chipping 3 days later. After that all of my nails chipped and became fragile. I kept filing them to make them look ok, but my nails are so damaged now. Also, when my nails were under the UV light they hurt very badly. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I am so mad at myself that I even tried them. Now, my nails will take forever to get to a healthy state. I never had that issue when I went to TD nails or Velvet nails.

I had a no chip fill in, and pedicure on August 23rd and by the 25th the polish was chipped. The person that did my pedicure seemed to not know how to do a pedicure or didn't want to. I will not be returning. I think they are using inferior products.
