Tracy's Nails

Absolutely love getting my nails done there. She and her husband absolute sweet hearts. I'm not gonna say I'm always satisfied, cuz even when I'm not satisfied, I'm never disappointed with the service they provide and I continue to return.

I can definitely say that the owners, Snow and her husband have been nothing less than professional both times that I've been there. Snow waxed my eyebrows and did a fantastic job. They are the only reason that I graciously gave them two stars. The technician who did my nails both times, June, is the reason why they lost the other three stars. She's very aggressive while performing the service, her communication is lacking and as a result, both times that she did my nails, there were issues after the fact. I do not live in Port Arthur, so I was making a generous effort to allow her to do my nails. Thinking that the first time was a fluke, I went back for a fill, but the second time was as bad as the first because she appeared to have a bad attitude, along with the bad service. Again

Snow and her husband have been taking care of me for years! The prices are reasonable and the service is AMAZING ❣❣❣❣

Well to start my nails look like I had them over a week and its only been 3 days. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands before service. The man who did my nails didn’t do any prep work. No cuticle maintenance, not even nail dehydrator just straight to applying tips. My nails have no apex which means the will eventually snap in half. He was using a disposable file that was already brown on the edges. These are items that are meant to be disposed of after one use. This was my first time being in a nail shop since before covid in 2020. And now that I’ve been to cosmetology school and got my nail tech license, I now see these shops do not be following proper protocol. I will never ever be going back, but I decided to leave this review hoping they can correct their mistakes instead reporting them to

I had an appt with Snow @ 5:00 p.m. but when I got there she was busy with another customer, so she asked me to remove my nail polish & I did then she proceeded to start putting the acrylic on my nails then she let her husband Chip file & shape my nails. After that Chip removed the polish from my toes put the acrylic on my big toe then Snow gave him the two colors to put on my toes. By then she was finished with the other customer then Snow polished my nails & put the designs on them. Snow has been doing my nails for a long time. She does a wonderful job. I was out of Tracy's by 6:45 p.m. Got home before dark.
