Trend Nails & Spa

I showed the first picture for inspiration and this is what I got. I am not confrontational so I just paid and left but some liquid was dropped on me, it wasn't even wiped making my skin very dry. None of the fingers had skin cleaned around the nails and there is lumps of paint under my nails which is so uncomfortable. Meanwhile, other customers were getting hand massages and clean ups. This was for a very special event so I really regret going here.

Nathan is absolutely amazing! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everyone was so sweet, the salon was super clean and cute, and my nails turned out perfect. I’m obsessed 💜💜

First of all horrible scheduling they will over book and they will never start your appointment on time. Second Tracee does my nails and she always rushes through my appointments and makes inconsiderate mistakes and this has happened plenty of times. She overcharges and her work is not worth it. They will talk about you behind your back and are rude. I asked for this design and my main concern was keeping the flowers on both hands the same shape, obviously did not happen and I asked her to fix it and the whole time she was being passive aggressive like I'm not a paying customer. She stated in the beginning that it would be hard to make them match and didn't even try but when she redid them she somehow made them match? Will not be coming back and neither should anyone save your time and mon

Tracee is amazing! She does an amazing job and my nails always look great and they last! Highly recommended!!

So overall my experience was good. It was very clean and also easy to check In and cash out. The finish looked perfect, as a hairstylist, I need gel x and I need it to last two weeks in water and weather. One thing I noticed was that it was not that brand when he opened up the box for the tips it was a brand I’ve never seen before and they seem much thinner than the ones that I’ve had before again in my job I need them to be thicker and so that was not this experience. Also, it’s only been one week and I have two nails lifting so that is disappointing.I told them what my profession was in advance.
