TRENDY NAILS SPA

I have never had worse nails in my life. I got them done here today and they did an awful job. I’m not sure why they thought it was okay to let me walk out like this. I would’ve asked them to fix it but I didn’t want the lady doing my nails to touch them any longer. She was talking with the other workers the whole time and not paying attention . I decided to just go to my usual salon to get the fixed and never come here again. The first two pictures is what this nail salon did versus my usual nail salon who fixed my nails.

I’m extremely disappointed with this salon. I’ve been here a few times and the work itself has been decent, but the customer service has never matched. I even have allowed them to mess up my design and just went with it because I felt bad. This time was the last straw. I had a new set on for less than three days when the tip broke off. I came in at 3:30 to get it fixed and was told I’d have to wait three hours because they had appointments. I asked if they could squeeze me in since it was a quick 10-minute fix, especially considering the issue was with their work. She told me no, and that I’d still have to wait the full three hours. Took hubby yesterday for his 1st ever pedicure (I got one, too)! Chris did mine, and Susan did his. We were so pleased, we went back today for manicures. I didn't get any acrylic nails, just gel polish on my own nails. I got Chris again, and hubby got Lily. Everyone was wonderful, and we wish we lived closer so we could go back. This will definitely become a tradition any time we are in the area. Highly recommend! (Prices are reasonable, too!)

I am always impressed by how clean this nail salon is. The staff takes hygiene seriously, and everything feels safe and well maintained. The service quality is excellent, and my nails always look neat and beautiful after each visit. I am very happy with the service and will definitely return again.

Been coming here for the last several years and have been so impressed by the quality of their work and how warm and friendly the staff is! They seriously couldn’t be more kind or thoughtful; several times when I was in a rush, they put two technicians working on me at once to keep me from being late. At least twice they’ve taken off the entire polish they had just done because I wasn’t feeling the color (even when I insisted they just keep it on and I’d deal with it). They always offer free water or flavored seltzers. So thankful I found this place after moving here from New York!!!
