The location first of all had a good impression. Stylist was patient with all my questions, professional & friendly. She steamed my hair while washing which was different. But loved that. Will definitely be going back.

I enjoyed the scalp exfoliation + massage. Self care shouldn’t have to feel like a chore and I prefer a hair stylist that makes the shampoo experience worthwhile!

Tress Elite is the Absolute best when it comes to quality of service and hair care. I have been a client of Lashonda for over 15 years. She has consistently provided excellent service and I am completely happy with my hair. Her professionalism and product qualities are unmatched. If you are looking for a salon that delivers a higher level of service Tress Elite is the best choice. She honors her commitment regarding her appointments. I don't have time to spend four or five hours in the salon, waiting for her to start my service. She does not overbook and honors her commitment as a relates to appointment time and schedule. So if you are trying to get an appointment and she's booked, just keep trying. You will not regret it

Lashonda did a great job. I have hip length hair, and though it took a long time, she never made me feel rushed! I always struggle with feeling like stylists yank at my hair, which was a bit of a problem here during the detangling, but, otherwise, Lashonda has really good, efficient technique. The straightening was the best quality I've received from a salon thus far. Her space in the salon suites is welcoming, clean, and comfortable. You won't be around other clients or anything and Lashonda was just a nice person :) I'd definitely go back and I have yet to repeat any of the salons I've visited in Atlanta yet.

Lashonda is amazing and truly loves what she does. I started going to her for deep conditioning, hair straightening and trimming in February 2024. I’ve aimed to go to her every few months for consistency and haven’t been dissatisfied. She’s very talented and great at what she does.
