Tresses Salon Studio

I went for the first time 8 weeks ago and had a great experience. I went last week, had an appointment that I made 7 weeks prior, the owner who was to cut my hair didn't even know I had an appointment even though they had sent me a confirmation. There was no one at the front desk to the acknowledge that I was there. My appointment was at 2:30. I finally went in the back to find someone at 2:45 to tell them I was there and the owner who is supposed to cut my hair was shocked that she had an appointment as she was in the middle of coloring someone else's hair that took my 2:30 slot. At 3:15 I was finally brought in the back and my hair cut started at 3:20 and ended at 3:30 and I was charged $60 for a horrible haircut. Michelle Fundeburk was fantastic! So much fun to hang out with while she did a killer job of my full highlight and cut! I was so happy to find a salon in north mt pleasant and Melissa was the Cherry on top for sure!

I went there twice. The first time the staff at the front was very rude. They didn't even acknowledge me for a while. Then when I told them I would like a haircut they acted like I was bothering them. The young lady that cut my hair was nice and she did a good job. The next time I went the lady at the front (manager??) was very rude.I said that I would like to get my hair cut and she rolled her eyes and said "today". I said yes if possible. She explained that they only had one person and they were very busy. There was only one person in the place. I realize they may have had some appointments. It was the way they talked to me that was ridiculous. Maybe its because I was a guy or maybe I was not dressed up I don't know. They need to tone down the attitude and learn about cutover service.

Whimsical salon with an inspiring back story. Receptionists and stylists made me feel super comfortable(I'm a down to earth lady living in an affluent town.) Haircut looked fabulous from start to 2 months out when I returned for second cut. All that and NOT overpriced.

I love Tresses. I have been going to see Brie for years and finally thought to give a review. Brie is so talented, Chandler is amazing as well and I always feel so good and love my hair when I leave.
