While I commend her for being young and owning a black owned business, however you have to provide good customer service to your customers by giving them what they want. I paid for the numbing creme and when I got on the table, I asked for the creme, that's when she explained, she was out of the creme and stated, you still would've felt the same amount of pain. (So why sell it at all). Also I asked for a landing strip because I don't like to wax and be completely bald. She did not listen, completely removed all of the hair, not giving a landing strip and I was not satisfied with the wax. Also there was some small hairs on the hairline area. Nice & polite person, just wasn't satisfied with my service👎🏽

First off I was so excited to have someone like me do this service.I’m extremely disappointed now I made an appointment in September for November I call the number to let them know I was here for my appointment and the woman that was gona do my wax says she’s not doing it and don’t know why someone would book my appt. so I’m left confused sad and angry. Waiting on my deposit will take 3-5 days. All it could of took was a simple phone call to tell me it’s canceled. I will not be using this business ever again.PERIOD

I went to this shop for Senegalese twists, was charged a total of $165, only for the twists to completely fall apart a week later. I contacted the stylist who did my hair and received no response. Completely unprofessional. This is what makes it hard to support black businesses.
