Triad Integrated Massage Therapy

During the peak training phase of my first half marathon, I developed knots in both calves and suffered hamstring pain from a previous injury. I needed someone to help me get my legs right and return to training. After giving a few people a chance without success, I found Julio who is the real deal. He wants you to get better just as fast as you do yourself. After 2 treatment, I was back running and feeling much better. This man will be a part of my training to keep me moving free without injury going forwards.

Julio has on more than 2 occasions relieved my immense pain where urgent care, chiropractors, and other methods completely failed. He took what felt like a hopeless situation and relieved it in just one session.
