They truly deserve no stars. I recently visited this med spa for Dysport injections. I specifically requested the same number of units I have been receiving consistently for the past several years. I only get this treatment as a preventative measure and have been doing so for about four years, so I’m very familiar with how my face typically responds. During the appointment itself, the injector began injecting without clearly discussing or showing me exactly where the treatment would be placed. This immediately felt unusual compared to other providers I’ve seen, who normally review the injection sites beforehand. The whole staff was warm and welcoming, even when I arrived 10 minutes for my appointment. Katelynn gave an amazing facial and fulfilled a request I had asked if her. She didn’t rush through my facial even though I was late to my appointment and even recommended some products to improve my complexion. Highly recommend visiting! I will definitely be back.

Katelynn was amazing! I bought a Groupon (I know, but it’s a great way to try new places, and this place is walking distance from my house) for a facial with derma-planing. I’ve done facials before with mixed reviews. Some felt like an ok experience but I didn’t see much benefit, some completely broke me out… not this one. Katelynn promised me glow and achieved. She also educated me the whole way through about what I can do to keep my skin at its best since I turn 40 this year, yikes! I will definitely be back to see Katelynn again! It was relaxing, I woke up with the glow still present, and now I have the products to maintain at home (with samples of other things to try!) Maybe next time I’ll try the lasers we talked about. 10/10 experience. Go check it out! 🩷

In the past, I have had 40 units of Botox&Dysport,from different practitioners. I opted for Letybo this time,40 units. First time ever,my eyelids look hooded. Not lifted,hooded. I understand there are risks involved, just saying those are my results. My appointment was 2/16/26. My facial was wonderful,as was my experience getting injections.
