Trilogy Unisex

This is my third time going to this hair salon. I was hoping the customer service was better. But unfortunately it wasn’t. For example, one of the hairdresser was very rough with my 11 year old sister while doing her hair. The salon offers many services but definitely need to treat their customers better. In the past three visits I paid over $140 for each visit. So I was definitely bringing in money. And also send over clients, that I will definitely share my experiences with. Jenny was great, and I will be missing her services. But I will definitely not be going back.

My new go to beauty salon after being forced to go to sisters unisex due to lack of Dominican salons in the area. They are patient, caring, and nice. Their products smell great and feel good. No long lines at least for now. They also offer other services such as nails, barber, and threading as well as facials, eyelashes & henna. I like that I can go to one place and get everything done.

I called to make an appointment. The girl that answered the phone told me that they do not take appointments. I asked her if it is busy around 4pm. She said she didn't know. She told me to come early. I explained to her that I can't because I work and that I want to make an appointment after work because I have an event to attend for the night, and I do not have time to wait. Then, she hung up the phone on me.

I've been going here for many years now. These ladies are talented and the prices are very reasonable.

Primo, the Barber is definitely one of the best barbers in NYC!!
