Had an unfortunate experience at the salon a few months back. This was my first time visiting and I had requested a dip manicure. The staff was wonderful, and the technician doing my nails was doing a great job until the very end, when my nails were accidentally wiped down with acetone. She kindly attempted to fix the error, which I truly appreciated. However, just a few hours after leaving, I noticed my nails had developed a hazy appearance that worsened over time. I emailed the salon to request a refund and was told I was not eligible for a refund due to the timing of the request (it had been about three weeks). Today was my first visit to Trio Nails, a newer addition to the West Loop that definitely seems like it's here to stay! The salon is impeccably clean and beautifully designed. The nail technicians are highly skilled and deliver flawless work—my manicure turned out perfect. A heads-up: If you walk in on weekends, expect a short wait (around 20-30 minutes), but it’s well worth it! I loved my experience and can’t wait to return for another manicure—and maybe even try some of their other services. Highly recommend!

Me and my daughter got Mani + Pedi done and staffs were very friendly. Staff who worked on my daughter was patient and nice to my 6 year old. My daughter could not stop talking about the experience and definitely made her day. Overall very clean and sanitary and atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

Amazing nail salon. This place has been my go to spot for a while. Super helpful friendly staff and always willing to give there opinion when I'm stuck between colors. I love this place and would totally recommend!
