I can’t thank Emeka enough for my glowing skin for my wedding day she went above and beyond for me today to give me flawless skin for my special day! I found her spa by Chance because my old salon closed due to covid... and let me tell you I can’t say enough great things about her spa! From walking in and choosing a pair of cute socks to wear (that you get to keep), all her covid protocols (I felt so safe), to the most relaxing rejuvenating facial I have ever received! I truly felt pampered which was so needed after postponing my original wedding to this upcoming weekend! Thank You so much y’all need to visit her you won’t be disappointed! My skin thanks you girl!

Horrible customer service & lack of compassion for my time! I scheduled a facial over a month ago, had a reminder confirmation sent, and then received an email saying that my appointment was canceled due to a "glitch". I called the phone number to try and reschedule and left a voicemail and yet no one has returned my call. This was a true inconvenience, as I rearranged my whole schedule OVER A MONTH AGO. Don't just cancel an appointment via email next time, actually take the time to call the customer and explain what happened. Reply to "business": No voicemail was EVER left, so the below reply from business is a straight lie. I still have the email that states my appointment was canceled due to a "glitch" in the schedule. Please take accountability and not make up lies to cover this nonse
