The price is unbeatable for the quality of service you get. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, especially Jamie!! making every visit a great experience!! She remembers my name, is always happy to see me, and more importantly i called before i came in, bombarded her with questions, she answered every single one with expert help! The beds are always clean and well-maintained, and the entire environment is relaxing and inviting. If you're looking for a top-notch tanning salon with amazing service, this is the place to go! In the past I have really enjoyed coming to this location for my summer glow but when I walked in a couple months ago, I was shocked at the condition of the salon. The front door needs some major fixing so it doesn’t hit you in the butt as you walk through. The tiles on the ceiling are stained with water marks & look absolutely horrible. The shelves are bare, just a handful of tanning products. Kudos to the staff you keep, they are all amazing & knowledgeable. When was the last time you replaced ALL the bulbs in the beds? I’ve been tanning for 2 month now, 3-4 times a week & I’m not noticing much of a difference as in prior years. Your customers deserve better. I love tanning here!! Although I might be slightly biased due to the fact that my sister's a manager there, Buut oh well... Regardless of that; I actually enjoy the vibe & atmosphere as soon as you step in the door... And it's always very clean everytime I have gone. Also, There's always a good music selection playing over the speakers. And there's a pretty large selection of different products, Ranging from tanning lotions, to just regular scented lotions, etc etc... I highly recommend this location for anyone who's thinking about getting any sort of tanning membership and/or just wanting to go tan even once... This will be your best bet, And you definitely won't regret your decision! 10/10 HIGHLY recommended!

Services in the store was as expected. Clean and customer service was nice. This review is about the cancellation process I cancelled my account mid October and was told I needed to give 30 days notice and would be charged again in November. Fine, I understand that was the policy I signed when I joined. The woman at the desk said keep your receipt of cancellation though because our customer service will often charge you again. They did charge me again on December 1st. When I called and emailed about it they said that they would offer me a credit to use in store because they are really behind in offering refunds. No, you charged me incorrectly and I want my money back. I played by your rules. I paid the extra month even though I didn’t use the service. Don’t come here unless you want them
