Tropical Tan of Shoreline

The hours are INCREDIBLY inconsistent. I have a newborn and a toddler, goes without saying that I never have time for myself. This is the fourth time I’ve driven to this place and it has closed early. It’s a was of time, energy, and gas. If people want to leave early, that’s cool… but you might as well change the hours on all platforms. That takes all of two seconds; whereas, for anyone in my position… paying money monthly for inconsistency seems aaaa liiitttllleee like it’s not worth it.

I simply went here for logistic reasons despite what their other reviews stated. Maddy /Mattie don't know the spelling was wonderfully helpful. Even though the pricing on the website isn't even close to their actual pricing. I will say the convenience fee for the one kind of transaction they accept is only convenient for them. Maybe they can branch out into Squared or other forms of payment that is actually convenient. Being charged to pay someone is 110% discouraging to be a returning customer. Lastly, I know we get blind to the messes around us as we stare at the same four walls everyday, however the dust buffalos and random floor debris being blown across my face during my session is also quite a deterrent. Alexis was the most disrespectful worker I have come across, she was rude to me and her coworker right in front of me. Normally the girls are nice there I have had pleasant experiences with Jordan, Sully and Olivia I was confused after today’s run in with her. I recommend to NOT GIVE HER YOUR MONEY she doesn’t not care about the environment or the customers!!!!!!

Alexis always keeps this store clean and is always as bright & friendly as their tanning bed's bulbs are 🌞. She always makes coming here a pleasure.

Doors are closed at 6pm tonight, Friday. Hours are not posted anywhere on door. Last night there was no sign saying they will close early. I'm trying to be a certain shade for my vacation starting tomorrow and I guess that's pointless for the package I purchased. I get that it's young people that run this but this is not the first time. Grown folks drive all the way to the location for it to be unexpectedly closed.
