I love coming here! The staff is always kind and helpful. I usually come in when Sophie is working, and she's always eager to help me on which lotion to choose and what bed is best if I have any questions. I just bought the "So Shameless" lotion per her recommendation, and everything she said was accurate and helpful. If I were to buy another lotion, I would definitely do it through her again. The salon is always clean when I am there, and the staff makes me want to come back. The only thing I don't love about this salon is that the beds have an issue constantly. One bed doesn't even work, and it seems like maintenance is not a priority here. Other than the slight inconveniences, I really like TruTan and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

First time getting a fake tan in my life and I couldn't be happier with the result! Delaney and Trish were really helpful. They assisted me with choosing a bed (which is accommodating due to my large size), and helped me know lotion options. This was a great overall experience! Definitely going to return in the future.

We are now getting collection calls from attorneys and being told our credit will be reported. The young ladies selling the memberships claimed it was only a 1-month subscription, but they kept charging even after we asked multiple times to stop. We asked the owner to call us and even went in person over 2 years ago. No response. The owner only replies to the fake “good” reviews she has new employees post. The pattern is obvious. Now 3 years later they’re claiming we owe $1,400, even though we haven’t set foot in there since the initial two visits in 2022. The collector says to “send the money now” to make it go away o

I had an amazing experience at TruTan! The receptionist was very helpful and patient as it was my first time at a tanning bed. She walked me through the process and I was very happy with the results! Would go again

I see there are several people who have been scammed by this company. I paid in full for a 3 month special. Yesterday, out of the blue, I get a collections call for $663 (approx amount). I did NOT sign up for a yearly membership. The attorney, @Aldrous Assoc, can't provide me with the contract that I did not sign for proof. Like I'm just going to hand over $ for being ripped off. That's not gonna happen!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! You send me a bogus phone# to call you so you can rectify this issue!!!! You need to take me out of collections! I don't owe you a dime!!! Other reviews say you have scammed then too. TAKE CARE OF THIS!!!!
