TRU TAN

Disappointing after being a loyal member for 10-11 years. Have been a member since 2014-2015. Had an account issue and was told to resign up. $100 from Oct 13 - Oct 20 to resign up, then $100 on Oct 20. That’s $200 in 7 days. Not even pro rated. Insane pricing. Will have to find alternative place to tan.

i went to tru tan a little bit ago and met the sweetest girls, kendra and isabella, they were so sweet and helpful with my experience. they walked me through absolutely everything, and made sure i had no more questions before starting my tanning journey. after leaving, i felt more knowledgeable about tanning. kendra is the best manager this place has had in awhile!! the salon was so clean and smelled amazing! i will definitely be going back, and hopefully they’re working!!!

Went in today to tan for the third time. I purchased a VIP membership (level 4) and tanning lotion. I purchased today $100 gift certificate for a friend and after I sat down I read a sign that said I would get a $10 gift certificate with a purchase of a $50 gift certificate. I ask the girl if I qualify and she said it was only for $50 GC and that would have received a $60 GC. I should have been told when I asked for the GC so I could buy 2 and receive $120. The towel today smelt like mildew. I would never recommend this place and am sorry I bought the gift certificate for a friend to experience this kind of service. I will cancel my membership as soon as possible.

I arrived at the scheduled opening time of 0700 and sat 30 minutes waiting. No one ever showed, and no one answered the phone. This has happened multiple times at the Sulphur Springs location. I have had other various issues, but won't bother listing those here.

Update:they seem to be getting alot better . Sitting here for over 15 minutes past opening time and not open yet ...guess I'll find a new place
