TRU TAN

Clean beds, is a must, for me!! The girls are great , at ensuring, everything looks good! Although y’all desperately need to fix the radio, I wanted to recognize Katelynn!! She’s absolutely precious! Her and Emma always have a smile for me, and the their positive vibes, make my experience, each time, awesome. This is a treat for me, and I hope y’all know that it doesn’t go unrecognized!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Good beds and friendly staff..sometimes has good membership deals. I changed it to a 3 star from a 5 star because some of the level 1 beds do not work well. And by that I mean that none of the controls for the fans or music work. I don't like cool air blasting on my naked body when it's already chilly outside. Also the beds do not get nearly as hot as the Lindale location, nor do they offer 20 mins, only a max of 15. P.S. it would be nice if Aux cords were offered in the beds so that I can take advantage of the port there to play my own music.

Really wish I could give them 0 stars. I signed up for the 3 month minimum draft plan. I was never told that once you cancel after 3 months, you're drafted another time. When I tried to cancel after the 3 drafts out of my account, they told me I'd be drafted again a fourth time. I told them I didn't think that was right since they were the ones who failed to tell me about their own policy, but okay. I get drafted a fourth time and go in to tan one day, and they tell me that my account is no longer active since I asked them to do that instead of drafting me a fourth time. I tell the manager that I've already been drafted so I should be able to use the account since I've paid for it again. The entire time I'm explaining things to her, she is rude and interrupting me. I finally tell her that

This is the worst tanning place I have ever been to. They tell you one thing then do another. I was told I had to sign up for the monthly draft and would only have to draft 1 time before I could cancel. I had to give a 30 day notice. I went in today exactly 30 days before the next draft and told them I wanted to cancel and she said I can’t until the next one. I’m not paying to tan for 3 months! I’d be burnt! I only wanted a tan for my wedding. I will never use them again. If your wondering if you should, DON’T!

The spray tan machine always screws up and fails to spray the moisturizer or runs out of tan spray. You get a sorry spray tan and nobody knows how to fix it. They always call the manager or owner who never seems to be available. I’ve cancelled my membership because of it. This has happened repeatedly to me over the last three years. It is expensive to get half of what you pay for and a shoulder shrug when you ask if they can fix it.
