I highly recommend TruBalance Bodywork. I’ve had a few massage sessions with Brenden, and he truly is amazing! No massage session is ever the same, because he takes the time to really understand what your body needs. Brenden has an incredible ability to read the body and locate the trigger areas that need attention. I’ve seen a few other massage therapists before, and while they made me feel better in the moment, something always seemed to be missing. After doing some research on TruBalance Bodywork and seeing the years of experience Brenden has, I figured I had nothing to lose but a little time and money by giving him a try even though his studio is about 40 miles from my home. Brenden is very professional and exceptional at what he does. I was relatively new to getting massage and he helped me feel very comfortable and relaxed. As an introvert, it was so nice that he checked in as needed and catered to all my requests, but mostly allowed me to just relax and enjoy. I left feeling rejuvenated and hope to go back soon.

I have not been a fan of getting massages in the past. I’m not entirely sure why and maybe it’s an energy thing. But I got a massage from Brenden today and I will absolutely be going back. He was very informative afterwards of things I can do daily to help relieve tension built up from my job and working out. A wonderful experience all around.
