True Color Nail & Spa

Came here for a short acrylic refill with baby pink tips and it was $50! I asked them how much their acrylic refill was and she said $35 & $45 for a French manicure but because they did a curve, it was $15 extra. Never again in my life. 1. She only did one coat of polish which was see-through because the color was baby pink.. it needs two coat. & four days later the nails are chipping and look like I’m overdue to get them touched up. They’re not even sharp points like I wanted, I never said I wanted a French or a curved line.. I was never asked actually. The set I had on before this was the same thing with hot pink instead .. . This is sick to charge people for trash and I paid more for the refill than I did for the first initial set from another place. $10 tip so $60 altogether and I l

Anyone else notice ?? Every visit has gone down hill. I think I’m calling it quits. I felt so bad for at least 4 women around me and of course my own frustration. They are speeding through clients because they are so busy and an appointment means nothing! I work in a business where reviews are frustrating on things that can’t be controlled so it takes a lot for me to actually write this! The woman dispatching ladies to a chair continued to go out of order. You sit down and they try to shove powder down your throat meaning make you switch to powder. After saying it 5 times NO! They said ok I only do powder have to see someone else. Back to a waiting chair. You find out you picked out a powder color and now you need to go through acrylic colors… for the last three visits I notice my nails c

I LOVE this place!! I am always in and out within an hour and my nails are perfect every time!!

This place is too concerned about customer turnover. They file the gel paint off instead of soaking it to move on to the next client faster. I have been getting gel manicures for years with no problems with my nails. After having the paint filed off once I requested the second visit to have the gel paint soaked off. Jojo totally ignored me and proceeded to file off the paint anyway. Now my nails are so weak and thin. They are bending and the tips are peeling off. I do not recommend this place to anyone

The work here is 'ok' depends who does your nails. Some staff are down right RUDE! I was looking at a bottle of color, the lady ripped it from my hands. That really PISSED me off. The yelling among employees is ridiculous. You come to a spa for a quiet and relaxing hour. Instead, they are screaming from front to back. They are on the more expensive side here.
