True Nails you are Fired! Decided to treat myself to a mani and pedi. The tech who performed the services did not cut my cuticles for the pedi. When I ask about the service. She out right lied and said she performed the service. What happen next: 1. The tech then cut my cuticle intentionally and caused bleeding 2. The same tech then decides to give me a dry pedicure. 3. Did not soak my hands in any water 4. I do not recommend a dry pedicure was not a pleasant experience. 5. My Wife has a nail fungus from her service here. 6. Tools used not sanitized.

I was a first-time client of any nail salon, and I was trying to go to a highly rated salon while still within my budget. My nail tech, Kim, is the sweetest ever! She is very accurate and precise with each stroke and works fast! Very clean atmosphere with very friendly staff. I highly recommend anyone looking to get their nails done to come here!

So disappointed!! Everyone in there is so nice. I got gel on my nails on Saturday, and by the next morning my one nail chipped. I’ve never had my nails chip that fast before with gel ever. So disappointed because I really wanted to support this place because of the nice staff!

I’ve been going here for over 10 years so obviously some people in here know what they’re doing. With that being said a few of those people have left. The only person that I would do my nails is the owner and she keeps me away for some reason. I went three times and she said we had appointments and Was booked. Today I went in and she said we had a large wedding party and she couldn’t do my manicure pedicure being as though she is the only one that will allow us to do it because she knows how to do it obviously maybe she didn’t want to do it. I want to get my pedicure done came back in 45 mins Just to see if it was a large wedding party in there. And go figure it was not. She said they came and already got their service done.
