Alethia, can I just say what an experience to remember! She was extremely professional and punctual. This salon felt like home, almost as if I was visiting my aunt and cousins. They treated everyone like family. This was my first time here, I was referred by a great friend of mine. This will not be my last time coming to this salon. As for the experience, my nephew randomly had a nose bleed. Alethia handled it with ease, kept us calm, and allowed us to go to an urgent care. When we returned it was hours later and almost time for the salon to close but she stayed and completed my nephew's twist. When I step into this place it's like being home with family. The price is so reasonable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. I would never change my stylist they all are good. Great experience! They work well with kids, a great atmosphere, and the prices are affordable! They have very talented hair stylists. I have seen Jada and Fatima and they did a great job with my locs and my daughter's (10) hair, and both were really nice!

I have been going to truly rooted over 3 years now. The staff is always so friendly. The owner i believe is Christian and t Christian worship songs and gospel music is always being played. Cherise, is my loctician . She is always on time and I have never left her chair unsatisfied.
