Tres Chic is absolutely amazing! As both a longtime and returning client, I couldn’t be happier. Natalie cut, glossed, and blew out my hair—and I’m obsessed. The style, movement, and texture are unreal. Rachel waxed and tinted my brows (my first time tinting), and while it took a couple of days to adjust since I don’t wear much makeup, I now see it clearly: it’s a younger, refreshed version of me. Natalie was very nice. However, my hair did not come out anywhere close to my inspiration pictures. The salon has poor communication and doesn’t make their clients feel confident about the service they will be receiving. I needed to go back for a color correction and there was no reassurances that my hair would turn out right or any explanation about what the process would be to fix it.
