Très Chic Salon

I had a very disappointing experience with Tres Chic Salon. Today, I was unexpectedly charged for a service I never booked or received, just because my card was saved in their portal from a previous visit. I had to take time out of my day to go there and ask for a refund. While they did return the money, there was no apology, no explanation, and their attitude was very cold. I went in with a positive mindset, assuming it might have been an honest mistake, but the way I was treated was unprofessional and dismissive. I felt my trust was misused, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

I was in town for work and walked in for a manicure. I was skeptical before walking in but I believe Dani helped me? I Had a wonderful experience. Enjoyed both the clean and welcoming atmosphere. The owner and staff were very friendly and had a cheerful environment. I would recommend this place.

Beautiful clean salon, located downtown. Excellent vintage furnishings. The owner of this salon is truly an artist and hair is her canvas. My hair is beautiful after an appointment there.

The salon is a very cute vintage space, the decorations and furniture really compliment the layout of the salon. The girls that work at the salon are all super nice and they look and behave very professional. I absolutely adore my hair, it is the exact green tone I wanted, would definitely recommend!

I have been going to Tres Chic for several years, and this is the best salon I have been to!! Katie is able to work wonders with unruly curly hair and is a friendly, genuine person. She has also worked with my special requests. McKenna has given me several beautiful manicures - the most recent lasted the entirety of my vacation despite numerous activities. Highly recommend for anyone in the greater Cleveland area.
