I had been seeing Sarah Prinie for about 2 years or more for extensions and color. I purchased 3 bulks of hair from her, all costing a minimal of $500.00. I took great care of my care and as u can imagine only changed the length each time I ordered new hair…… She always held on to all my hair, the extra we never installed, due to my hair being fine as well as what she always removed from my head. I am an on time client and a high end tipper. I believe in paying for anyone’s time and professional abilities. However, I went to her on my most recent appointment, 7/7/2025. And I asked for my extensions bought in January for 500.00 to be removed. My hair needed a break and I had some treatments I wanted to do that could not have the extensions, nor K tips in. We ultimately cut 6 or so inches of
The staff is very nice. I suppose im just not impressed with the process. I like the idea behind them but they way the gal did "dip" here left the super thick amd lumpy. And the french is wonky and crooked. Going to my other salon to get them redon
Super disappointed with this place. My friend and I made appointments at 6:15 to get our nails done together. It was planned for weeks. We showed up and one of the ladies said she was behind and it would be a 20 minute wait. We don’t have that much time to wait. We have kids. She first gave an attitude saying she would’ve called us but there was no number, which was not true. My friend told her what she wanted which was tips over the phone. The lady then said no she can’t do that. She has another appointment after us. It’s not our fault she was behind. Not only was she super rude but she made my friend upset and didn’t care. Beyond hurt and will never return.
Absolutely will be back! Michelle did my nails and I'm obsessed! She took her time, was super friendly, and made sure everything was perfect! Had some of the best pricing too! 5 stars is not enough!!
Great service very polite. Takes awhile for a full set but she does great work! This picture is 3WEEKS after I got my nails done 🙂
