Tufa African Hair Braiding

I set an appointment for my daughter online and paid $5 to make the appointment, however, I received a text saying that I needed to call to confirm the appointment which I did but the voice mail box was full and no one ever answers the phone so I went to the shop to confirm the appointment and the shop looks vacant and is completely empty on the inside with a video recording device on the outside of it. I knocked a few times anyway, but no one answered. I taked into the device, and no one answered, so maybe it's a scam. It's only $5, but why scam people for $5? Ohhh well, I'll find another place.
