Have been here for many years now. I really don't understand people's review on the workers being rude. I get my nails done by Tammy and she is a great nail tech. She does not speak much but always treat me with compassion and knows what I want every time. Linda and Sue are great owners as they make sure good service are provided all the time. Please go there more then once and get used to them first before leaving a bad review.

I had a very disappointing experience at Tulips Nails. They changed the price from what I was originally told and made up their own pricing once I was already there. On top of that, they refused to do my nails the way I asked, even though my request was reasonable. The service felt unprofessional and frustrating, and I left feeling disrespected as a customer. I will not be returning and do not recommend this salon.

I had been going from place to place getting my nail bed destroyed. I had nails popping off. Until 2 years ago when I started going to Tulip Nails. Tammy is my tech and she has never failed me. My nail bed is in good shape and they never break. I come in with photos and gems and flowers and she hooks me up. If she has the extras I need she just hooks me up. I got a last minute full set, amazing. Good atmosphere and quick service.

Went to fix one of my nails. Had color changing nail polish and one of the masters couldn’t understand what I wanted to have (I asked to find two colors and put one solid color and a stripe of another), then a friendly lady translated to master and she became angry and rejected to serve me hence I was moved to another master. Instead of chosen peach color, she put grey color, then I’ve asked to change it and she put the wrong color again (although I’ve chosen the color in palette and they seen the number). Stripe design was thick and when I asked to change it, she painted line that’s not straight at all. $6 for redoing my natural nail (including removing the polish)

I have been dealing with the owner Sue for over 24 yrs now and never had any complaints. Kim has been doing my nails for about 8 yrs now and I love her. Very professional, she doesn't rush and my nails are always on point. Prices are reasonable I always get gel pedicures and I do sculptured nails with gel powder and gel polish. Sue does my eyebrows perfectly every time and Linda does eyelashes. Just know they are always busy so always call and book an appointment before walking in.
