Ticia did an excellent job with my curly cut! She was extremely personable/welcoming and took her time making sure I was comfortable with the length of my hair. In addition, her salon is absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to return for my trim!

Today was my first visit at Turning Heads Hair Salon. I went for a curly cut. I had the immense pleasure of having Ticia(owner) do my cut and style. From the moment I walked into the salon, she was welcoming, professional, and I felt genuinely special. She treated me like we we knew each other already, and I was not a first time customers. She made me feel at ease and took the time to explain everything she was going to do to my hair and asked me about my expectations on how I wanted the end result. She explained to me the issues with my hair and recommended products to help improve the health of my hair. The end result was amazing, and I am well pleased with the cut and salon. I booked this appointment for my thirteen year old daughter. While she has been to salons before this is the first time that a stylist has gone out of her way to make her (us ) feel comfortable. The atmosphere is that of relaxation, in fact, it feels like you are sitting with an old friend. Ticia listened to my daughter and took time to understand who she is and what she wanted to do with her hair. She taught my daughter step by step of how to recreate the style and take care of her hair. At the end of the appointment she asked my daughter “so how are you going to do your hair?”, and to my surprise my daughter repeated the lesson that she had learned. Today my daughter left the salon feeling seen, heard and beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you Ticia!

I went to turning heads salon for the first time today. I booked my appointment ahead of time. I was kindly greeted by Ticia and made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I showed her pictures of what I was looking for and she did an excellent job. I love that she makes you feel like family even when meeting you for the first time. I will definitely be back again.
