I really regret coming here. From the start the experience was uncomfortable. I was rudely greeted, the salon was hot with little to no air conditioning, and the managers were pacing around watching staff like hawks, which made the whole place feel tense and awkward. I even witnessed a staff member being questioned in an unprofessional way in front of clients, which was unsettling. Also why I was hesitant about writing a review since it seems like a toxic environment. On top of that, the salon itself was super dirty there was water all over the floor, and it oddly smelled like peanuts. Not exactly the kind of environment you want when you’re trying to relax. Oh yeah, and on the TV they had old news reruns of Hurricane Katrina on… They even charge $7 just to buff nails—and I wasn’t gettin

I got a pedicure and they did a phenomenal job. My foot felt so incredibly soft and the toe nails were well trimmed. I don’t often go to many places like nail spas, but this one will be my go to from now on.

I've been coming here for a year with my sisters and today was the worst service I got. Everytime we come we spend about $80 each. My sister was getting a pedicure and manicure halfway thru they stopped and went to a different customer. And the owner came to "finish". I got a fill and gel. They didnt put a top coat and they got paint on my skin. My nails look dry. I didn't ask if I wanted to wash my hands. When I told Kathy that I had paint on my skin it looked like she got mad. When she noticed I was mad she offered to drill the paint off and redo it. I said no because I was running late. My little sister got her eyebrows waxed and they messed them up. They got annoyed that she asked them to redo it. At the end she gave me a $10 off coupon for next time. Not happy with this service.

I love Love LOVE this place. I've found my favorite nail technician and I will follow her wherever she goes! All the staff here are friendly and provide the best service they can. I brought my kids in today and they enjoyed their time getting pampered. Everyone was super friendly and wonderful!

I specifically asked for basic pedicure $18 and she ended up charging me an extra $10 for nothing extra other than a regular pedicure. She's an older lady and it seems she pulled this trick/scam before. I'm not going back!!
