I went to this salon for the first time today, and it was by far the worst pedicure I’ve ever had. On top of the terrible service, there was a major issue with payment. When I tried to pay with my card, they repeatedly claimed the card wasn’t going through. The staff attempted to charge my card four times, and on the fifth attempt, I realized the machine didn’t have paper. Communication was extremely difficult, as none of the staff spoke proper English, making it hard to explain that the problem was with their machine, not my card. Eventually, they switched the machine, and I showed them that I had been charged five times, but instead of refunding me, they only offered me a gift card as compensation.

I had a terrible experience with Ms Jackie. - she was aggressive and rude. French Toe was trash !!! I will NOT be returning here !!!! Jaime Nails in Englewood would Never !!!

I went to them to get my nails done July 11th, 2018 on a Wednesday. They did a horrible job four toes are missing polish two fingers are both completely missing polish one finger is partially missing polish. The charged me $95 for a mani and pedi and I gave a $15 tip they honestly didn’t deserve all I received was a BASIC PEDICURE NOTHING SPECIAL NO MASK OR ANYTHING. I never paid $95 for a basic mani and pedi to come off in less than a week. Jenny was just for her money and sue was the one who overcharged me for a horrible job. I hate my nails they will not be touching my nails or money again such a waste.

I just left tutti nail salon very upset and very disappointed. I made. An appointment over a month ago with for a Joanne.Who is only there on thursdays. I called the evening before to confirm the appointment.They said yes your appointment is at nine thirty in the morning. I get to the salon and there is a woman who is getting ready to sit down with the person that I wanna see. The woman says she has a long-standing appointment on Thursdays with Joanne. No one called me no one said anything nothing. This is the worst service ever.I would never never come to this salon for service. She wrote down my name in the books but she said she didn't know that joanne had a long standing nine thirty appointment. I would never go back to this salon ever.

Worst visit ever. I asked for a french gel manicure with tips and a basic pedicure... the woman said it would cost $100 !! Girl where?!!!! Completely over priced and the final product wasn't even good! Don't go here. UPDATE: Extemely pissed off, not even a whole week later..look at my nails I overpaid for! I repeat DON'T GO HERE AND WASTE YOUR MONEY!
