TV Nails

Tina did a great job helping my mom visiting from Ohio. She helped her good a color and design that suited her well, and was super patient with her half difficulty. Thanks again Tina! She will be back!

I love everyone here, especially Tina! She's a lovely person and great nail tech. Been going to her for over a year. She never bats an eye at the design. She'll ask you to pick a color, but if you want a design just let her know. She, and the others, are very accommodating.

I and a friend went to TV Nails today after making an appointment for a pedicure.. My friend was attended too right away. I was not. I mentioned that no one had come to for My pedicure, after around 25 minutes. No one responded, explained until I said I was not waiting after over 25 minutes of nothing. Then an employee came, but after my friend was finished with her massage and pedicure. That was rude and horrible customer service…especially with being ignored without apology or explanation.

I selected the highest pedicure option and was in the chair 45 minutes total from water start to French tip and silver lining. This option included a stone and “extra” seaweed massage. I was told they do not do nail art with a regular polish selection. The massage I received was extremely short, however, enjoyable for the short duration.
